Annabelle Goese

Annabelle Goese is Chief of Staff at the American Gaming Association. In this role, she serves as a senior advisor to AGA President and CEO Bill Miller and is responsible for driving strategic alignment across the organization. Goese works closely with the senior leadership team to cultivate a culture of shared accountability, ensuring that every department is unified in advancing the AGA’s mission and priorities on behalf of the U.S. gaming industry.

Goese previously served as Director and Senior Manager of Membership at the AGA. In those roles, she strengthened relationships with AGA’s diverse membership, managed board engagement, and played a key role in event programming and strategic outreach to member companies.

Before joining the AGA, Goese worked as Prospect Research and Management Specialist at Resources for the Future, where she led the development operations team and implemented a full-cycle portfolio management system to enhance donor engagement and stewardship.

Earlier in her career, she held multiple roles at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she supported the CEO and executive leadership with high-level briefings on Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders, contributing to annual development goals. Her work helped shape strategic engagement efforts across more than 20 business units and strengthened the Chamber’s relationships with top-tier corporate members.

A Wisconsin native, Goese earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.
