Andrew Lee is the senior director of government relations at the American Gaming Association, where he works with state policymakers and industry stakeholders to advance the association’s advocacy priorities.

Prior to joining AGA, Andrew served as deputy chief of staff and director of engagement for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. As a member of the Attorney General’s executive leadership team, he advised Attorney General Anthony Brown on multistate advocacy efforts, legislative strategy, stakeholder engagement, and intergovernmental affairs. He also led Brown’s attorney general transition and played a senior advisory role in his successful statewide campaign for attorney general.

With more than a decade of experience in government, politics, and campaigns, Andrew has held senior positions in statewide and federal campaigns, including leadership roles with Attorney General Anthony Brown, former U.S. Senator Ben Cardin, and other public affairs and political organizations.

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University and lives in Washington, D.C.
