Cecilia Scott
Cecilia Scott serves as senior director of marketing & industry communications at the American Gaming Association (AGA). In this role, she leads the association’s integrated marketing and communications strategy, advancing AGA’s mission and amplifying the social and economic value of the $329 billion U.S. gaming industry.
Scott has spearheaded transformative initiatives including a full AGA brand redesign that modernized the association’s identity, the launch of Play Smart from the Start consumer hub, and the expansion of Responsible Gaming Education Month, which earned PRNews recognition for Best Social Responsibility Campaign. She also oversees marketing for Global Gaming Expo (G2E) and develops high-impact member engagement campaigns.
With more than a decade of experience in association and event marketing, Scott previously held positions at the National Business Aviation Association and the National Association of Broadcasters, where she led marketing for top U.S. trade shows including NBAA-BACE, NAB Show, and NAB Show New York.
Scott holds an MBA from The George Washington University, and an undergraduate degree from Christopher Newport University. She lives in Maryland with her husband and daughter.
