    BETTING ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

    15% on sports betting revenue

    TAX REVENUE ALLOCATION
    2.5% to problem gaming initiatives
    97.5%to the state’s general fund

     

     

    LICENSE FEES
    $250,000 initial fee for a three-year license
    $50,000 application fee for each named principal of the applicant
    $200,000 renewal fee

    OFFICIAL DATA MANDATE
    Licensees must use official league data for in-game wagering options.
