Bets on in-state collegiate teams must be placed in person, not online, and can only be made on game outcomes, not individual performances

BETTING ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Customers of online sportsbooks are not required to register or fund their accounts in person
TAX RATE
Land-based: 15-17% on sports betting revenue
Online: 15% on sports betting revenue
TAX REVENUE ALLOCATION
Sports betting tax revenue will go towards infrastructure projects, including schools and recreational facilities
LICENSE FEES
Land-based: $10 million initial license fee
Online: $20 million initial license fee
$1 million every 4 years renewal fee
