Vice President, Government Relations and Gaming Policy Counsel
Jess Feil serves as vice president, government relations and gaming policy counsel for the American Gaming Association (AGA). In this role, Feil advocates for gaming industry objectives in state capitols and with regulatory bodies around the country. She also manages AGA’s payments modernization working group, state affairs working group, and NextGen gaming policy groups.
Prior to joining the AGA, Feil was an associate at a boutique DC-based law firm, where she specialized in litigation, regulatory compliance, and licensing for gaming companies. She advised companies across all sectors of the gaming industry on state and federal law along with advocating for sound public policies that support the growth of the gaming industry.
Feil was named to the Emerging Leaders of Gaming: 40 Under 40, Class of 2019-2020. She is originally from the Philadelphia, PA area, and has a degree from Skidmore College in government and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University. She currently lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband.
