Statement by Frank J. Fahrenkopf, Jr., president and CEO of the American Gaming Association (AGA) and Geoff Freeman, incoming AGA president and CEO, on the Senate’s Passage of Immigration Reform Legislation
The American Gaming Association (AGA) applauds this first major achievement toward reforming the U.S. immigration system. As an industry that supports more than 800,000 U.S. jobs, comprehensive immigration reform is critically important for future economic growth and the creation of employment opportunities across the country. In the weeks ahead, the AGA, along with the broader business community, looks forward to continuing to work with Congress in pursuit of immigration reform.
