• For BMM Testlabs, Responsibility is About Community

BMM Testlabs recognizes that responsibility in gaming isn’t just limited to the casino floor but also extends to strengthening the communities the gaming industry serves.

With this in mind, BMM has set out to “make a difference to tomorrow’s tribal communities – today” through its Next Generation Initiative, a philanthropic program to support tribal youth and young adults with the resources necessary to thrive in the workforce and beyond.

BMM’s Next Generation Initiative has generously donated to an array of charities supporting Native American youth, including the National Indian Gaming Association’s Spirit of Sovereignty Scholarship and the United National Indian Tribal Youth (UNITY). These donations advance educational opportunities and support programs designed to improve public health, such as fighting childhood obesity and type 2 diabetes.

In addition to funding numerous charitable initiatives, BMM has also established its own scholarship program in partnership with the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES).

The BMM-AISES Internship is a 10-week paid scholarship program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas which introduces students to a wide range of casino industry career paths and offers extensive experience in testing and evaluating gaming products. The program serves as support and a pipeline for job opportunities in the gaming industry for tribal youth.
