American Bus Association

As part of the gaming industry’s continual effort to promote and ensure safety for its patrons and communities, the AGA and American Bus Association (ABA), the premier and largest industry trade association representing Motorcoach companies in North America, announced a partnership in the Fall of 2014 to promote safety, share best practices with industry personnel and reduce the number of unsafe bus operators transporting passengers to gaming destinations.

Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers

The AGA and the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) announced a partnership in June of 2015 to highlight and combat the rapid spread of illegal gambling machine activity in Texas.

Conference of Western Attorneys General

The Conference of Western Attorneys General (CWAG) is a bipartisan group comprised of the chief legal officers of 15 western states and three Pacific territories. CWAG's primary function is to provide a forum for chief legal officers of member states and jurisdictions to cultivate knowledge, cooperate on concerns and coordinate actions which improve the quality of legal services available to members.

Democratic Attorneys General Association

The Democratic Attorneys General Association, Inc. (DAGA) is a political organization formed to support the election of Democrats to the office of Attorney General in all of the states and territories of the US. DAGA will make contributions to and expenditures on behalf of Democratic candidates for Attorney General and contributions to state and local Democratic Party committees as appropriate.

National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials

AGA partnered with the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) on Citizenship Day to encourage lawmakers to support the New Americans Success Act of 2015. In the support of the legislation, AGA co-sponsored a reception on Capitol Hill with NALEO and the National Immigration Forum that included remarks from bill sponsors Reps. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R, FL-27) and Tony Cárdenas (D, CA-29), as well as Leon Rodriguez, director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Latino elected officials from around the country.

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children® opened in 1984 to serve as the nation’s clearinghouse on issues related to missing and sexually exploited children. The AGA works with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's National Security Task Force, which is responsible for the development and advancement of policy related to homeland security and national security. Chaired by Governor Tom Ridge, the AGA engages with members of the Task Force on several issues, including issues surrounding cybersecurity.

United for Patent Reform

AGA is a member in the United for Patent Reform Coalition  in support of legislation that protects gaming resort and manufacturing operations from abuses and costly litigation asserted by “patent trolls.” AGA continues working with the United for Patent Reform Coalition, as well as gaming industry members and state associations,  to educate Congress on the important need to enact patent reform legislation this year.
