This study examines the potential economic and fiscal impacts of the proposal to build and operate a casino in each of Ohio’s four largest cities: Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland and Toledo. Findings indicate that the casinos will generate nearly $11 billion in total economic impacts and more than $4 billion in fiscal revenue for the state of Ohio during construction and the first five years of operation.
