JCM American to Host Golf Tornament Benefiting National Center

Friday, March 1, 2002

JCM American Corporation will host the fourth annual JCM-AGA Golf Classic May 13 in Henderson, Nev. The event will benefit the National Center for Responsible Gaming (NCRG), which has received more than $89,000 in proceeds since the tournament's inception in 1999.

"The AGA and NCRG are extremely grateful to have such strong support from JCM," said Frank J. Fahrenkopf, Jr., president and CEO of the American Gaming Association (AGA). "The tournament serves not only to help raise the money needed to fund the NCRG's work, but also to raise the awareness of disordered gambling among the industry's leaders, and that is equally as important as any contribution the NCRG receives."

The tournament, which will be held at the Revere at Anthem course, will feature celebrity entertainment, and prizes will be awarded to the best three foursomes, "closest-to-the- pin," longest drive and holes-in-one on select holes, as well as other incentive prizes. To date, this year's sponsors include Reed Exhibitions; Konami Gaming; Aristocrat Technologies, Inc.; and Coin Mechanisms, Inc.
