Stephen Richer is the Public Affairs Advocate for the National Tour Association handling government relations, industry relations, and international membership development.  In his career, he has headed up the New Jersey Division of Travel & Tourism, the Nevada Commission on Tourism, the Greater Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Bureau, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast Convention & Visitors Bureau.  He has received outstanding career marketing awards in both New Jersey and Mississippi and was named one of the “Marketing 100” by Advertising Age in 1999.
