IN A.C., BUILDING BOOM IS PAYOFF

Atlantic City, N.J., casino tax revenues have helped fund local renovation projects as well as shop and restaurant redevelopment.  Atlantic City officials want to attract more tourists, which will generate more revenue to finance more community developments.
